    How is Zotasell pricing tier calculated?

    Zotasell plans are structured around store scale and upsell revenue performance.

    Each plan includes:

    • A base monthly subscription

    • A percentage fee on upsell revenue generated through Zotasell

    • A monthly cap on that percentage fee

    For example:
    If your plan includes a 1.5% upsell revenue fee with a $750 cap, you will never pay more than $750 in usage fees that month, no matter how much upsell revenue you generate.

    This ensures pricing stays predictable while still scaling with your store’s performance.

    What counts as “upsell revenue” in Zotasell?

    Upsell revenue includes the value of products that are added to an order as a direct result of a Zotasell upsell or cross-sell offer.

    This applies to upsells shown across supported touchpoints such as:

    • Product page recommendations

    • Frequently Bought Together offers

    • Cart and cart drawer upsells

    • Add-to-cart popups

    • Post-purchase offers

    Only the additional revenue generated through these upsell interactions is used to calculate the percentage-based fee — not your store’s total revenue.
