Use of Service

Zotasell provides upsell and cross-sell tools designed to help merchants increase sales and improve customer experience. You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

Information Collection

Zotasell does not provide customer account registration on its website.

  • We only collect customer email addresses if you join our newsletter or submit a pricing request form.
  • Additional merchant data is collected only when you install and use the Zotasell app on your store.

Payment, Trials, and Refunds

  • Zotasell offers a free trial period for new users when installing the app.
  • After the trial, paid plans apply. Pricing details are available on our Pricing page.
  • Zotasell offers a 30-day money-back guarantee if the Service does not meet your expectations, subject to our Refund Policy.

Cancellation and Termination

  • You may uninstall the Zotasell app at any time to stop using the Service.
  • If you cancel before the end of your current billing cycle, you will not be charged again, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
  • Zotasell reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at its discretion, including for violation of these Terms or abuse of the Service.

Modifications to Service and Pricing

  • Zotasell may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability.
  • Pricing may change with at least 30 days’ notice via updates posted on our website or within the Service.

The design, code, and look and feel of the Service are copyright © Zotasell. All rights reserved. You may not copy, duplicate, or reuse any part of the Service without express written permission from Zotasell.
